Terms of Service

By accessing or using Morrow Labs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.

2.1 Recurring Billing. The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

2.2 Payment Authorization. By entering your payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor, Stripe, to charge the subscription fees to your designated payment method.

2.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Morrow Labs does not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

3.1 Generated Content. The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that AI output may occasionally be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before using it.

3.2 Ownership. As between you and Morrow Labs, you own all input you provide to the Service and all output generated specifically for you, to the extent permitted by law.

In no event will Morrow Labs, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
